Ingredients:

• 2 scoops TruHealth Shake (vanilla)

• 1 cup fresh berries

• 1 banana

• 1 ripe avocado

• 1 cup organic kale leaves with tough stems removed

• 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

• 1 tablespoon chia seeds

• 1 cup water

• ½ cup coconut milk

• Ice, as needed

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, blend until smooth and creamy.
