Tasty Baked Gourds

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. zucchini (rinse and cut into sticks)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Sea salt
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F. Take zucchini rinse and cut into sticks. Toss zucchini, garlic, pepper and olive oil in a bowl. On a cookie sheet, put down some aluminum foil, and then place the zucchini on the sheet, skin side down. Sprinkle the top of the zucchini with the sea salt and parmesan cheese. Place your gourds on the top rack of the oven. Roast zucchini for 8-15 minutes, or until it begins to brown and the cheese has melted. Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy!
