TruPLENISH Chocolate Avocado Smoothie


  • 4 scoops TruPLENISH Shake (chocolate)
  • 1⁄2 cup raw cashews, soaked
  • 2 large dates (or 3 small), pitted
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1 1⁄2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes

This makes enough for two people, so feel free to share or save some for later! (You can also cut the recipe in half for one serving.)


Place raw cashews into a bowl and cover with warm water. Let sit for at least 20 minutes to soften them up for the blender. You can let them sit overnight if you want to limit morning prep time.

While the cashews soak, prepare ingredients. Cut the avocado in half, remove pit and scoop out meat. Remove the peel, and slice the banana in half. Cut the dates in half, and remove pits. Drain and rinse cashews.

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for about 45 seconds, or until a thick, creamy texture is achieved. Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately!
